Your personal data contained in the recruitment application is processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position specified in the advertisement, and, should you give your additional consent, also for future recruitment processes. The data may also be processed for the purpose of conducting proceedings to establish, pursue or defend against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities.
We process your personal data on the following legal basis:
\u2022 Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (hereinafter \u2018GDPR\u2019), in conjunction with Article 221(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 the Labour Code \u2013 given that we process your personal data specified in the Labour Code and in other specific Acts (as required by the notice) in order to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on Auto Partner S.A. as the data controller,
\u2022 Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR \u2013 Your personal data other than that specified above will also be processed for the purpose of taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract with them,
\u2022 Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR \u2013 Your personal data will also be processed if you give your consent to potential future recruitment processes, as well as if you voluntarily provide, during the recruitment process, personal data other than that required under the Labour Code or necessary to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract with them. The provision of the above personal data is voluntary; therefore, if you do not wish us to process additional data, please do not include it in your documents,
\u2022 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 your data will also be processed for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, which include asserting its rights or defending itself against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities, as well as verifying your competence necessary to perform the work in the relevant position.
The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to take part in the recruitment process and, should you give your consent, in subsequent recruitment processes as well. However, a refusal to provide such data will result in you being unable to take part in the recruitment process.
We process your personal data for the purpose of recruitment for the position specified in the vacancy notice for a period of 6 months from the date of submission of your application, and, where you have given your consent to participate in future recruitment processes, for a period of 12 months from the date of submission of your application or until such consent is withdrawn.
Furthermore, we may retain your personal data for the purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending against claims relating to the recruitment process for a period of 3 years from the date on which you submitted your application, or for the duration of the proceedings.
We may transfer your personal data to providers of job advertisement services, recruitment management system providers, IT service providers such as hosting providers, and IT system providers. Your personal data will be transferred to processors acting on behalf of the controller in relation to services connected with the recruitment of staff or the provision of IT systems for recruitment purposes, as well as to entities providing legal services \u2013 whereby such entities process personal data on the basis of a contract with the controller and exclusively in accordance with the controller\u2019s instructions.
You have the right to access your data, including the right to obtain a copy of it, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries (i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area) or to international organisations.
